Donations Our trails are well-maintained and professionally groomed through the Minocqua Winter Park Trail Fund. This fund was created several years ago for the purpose of grooming, maintaining, and protecting the 75km of trails in our care. It is a 501(c) 3 charitable organization and is supported by special events and your tax deductible gif Please consider participating in one of the following programs to help us continually improve Minocqua Winter Park:
With a $100 donation to the Minocqua Winter Park Trail Fund, a plague recognizing your contribution to the park will be placed under the flag placard of your choice displayed in our chalet. Flags are displayed upon entry into the park along Chalet Blvd. All Adopt a Flag donations help us to continually improve our trails and grooming. Help light up Winter Park! In the fall of 2004, we broke ground on phase 1 of our Light up Winter Park project. We enhanced the lighting around the first 1.1km of our 2.2km base loop. The project to date has cost $17,000. In an effort to raise funds to complete the project, we are giving individuals and businesses the opportunity to donate $500 and have a plaque recognizing their contribution posted on a light pole on our base loop. The base loop is our most popular trail and frequented by virtually every Winter Park skier as it is the entry point into our trail system. Thank you for your support of Minocqua Winter Park! |
