INGA-LAMI Northwoods: Skiing for a Cause

            Sunday, January 18, 2009, 10am to 2pm

INGA-LAMI Northwoods: Skiing for a Cause is a fun, cross country ski event allowing women, children and (new this year) MEN (dressed as “Inga”) to unite in a charitable effort, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Girls On The Run and Women Ski Initiatives (MWPTF).  Participants can opt to pay a flat registration fee or collect pledges as a way to increase Skiing for a Cause fundraising efforts.  Incentives provided for participants gathering pledges.  Snacks and door prizes will be provided.  Participants are encouraged to dress in historical Norwegian costumes.  Download registration forms at here (coming soon) or register online at http://www.active.com/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1559434 or  http://www.midwestevents.us/event/433
