When I look at the > file properties I see that the ownership is unassigned (unable to display > current owner), but when I attempt to take ownership, windows security > Just google Unlocker and download the lastest version that is listed above. check over here

One other possibility to consider is that the file or folder is locked or otherwise obscurely "in use". Incidentally, if you're running Windows 7 or Vista you can change the owner by clicking the Owner tab and choosing the Edit button. Right click on the folder again, choose Properties, go back to the Security tab and click the Advanced button. Ejaz Shah Now this is the real experience.. I have tried deleting in safe mode, using Unlocker Assistant and MoveOnBoot, deleting from the command prompt, and other such fixes. Decided to eventually try and find a solution and the first site I went on actually fixed it.
