It's failing with the following message: checking for path to top of build tree... with ghc = haskell.packages.lts-5_15.ghc; But stack should pass which lts exactly in use. Already have an account? As a hack, you could probably symlink your bash (maybe /usr/bin/bash?) to /bin/bash.
