Dragging and dropping did not work, nor did it return an error message about the subject line. Outlook Drag And Drop As this is a new profile and datafile, surely there must be some bogus registry entries or something causing problems that aren't being cleared/reset with a reinstall. Turn on or off Cached Exchange Mode.

This tends to happen after updates. If you are a regular reader of my blog, after reading some of my weird solutions, you've probably said out loud "but that makes no sense." And you will be correct.
