Click on ‘tools'>'options'>'security' if there is a check mark in the box that says ‘Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus' uncheck it. You have to go in and delete these so names files and then outlook can then start opening up those named documents again. This error can happen with any file type.
