In my case any time I tried to "Manage Music library" no window would open up. Tip: If you are positive that your WMDB error is related to a specific Microsoft Corporation program, uninstalling and reinstalling your CurrentDatabase_360.wmdb-related program will likely be the solution to your problem. The basic stuff - song title, artist etc - does migrate but not the stuff I manually entered.
